Bayern Munich, a German football club based in Munich, Bavaria is most known for its professional football team.
When defender Noussair Mazraoui’s (24 years old) current contract with Ajax expires at the end of the season, he will join Bayern Munich on a four-year deal.
Bayern Munich Strike Agreements To Sign Ryan Gravenberch And Noussair Mazraoui
Ryan Gravenberch & Noussair Mazraoui, both players have made frequent appearances for Erik ten Hag’s side this season, assisting De Godenzonen to within a few points of the Eredivisie title and a 100% record in the Champions League group stage earlier in the marketing campaign.
The dual deal has been in the works for a while, and discussions were nearly completed last month.
Bayern has now got both deals over the line.
Noussair Mazraoui, who had been linked with a move to Barcelona earlier this season, has agreed to join the club on a free transfer at the end of the season.
Noussair Mazraoui is a Moroccan professional footballer who now plays as a right-back for Bundesliga club Bayern Munich and the Moroccan national team. He formerly played for Ajax.
Despite being worth at least €20 million, the 24-year-old right-back will join Bayern Munich on a free transfer.
This makes him the Munich club’s third most valuable free transfer in history.
Gravenberch has been identified as a priority signing for the Bundesliga club, with personal negotiations.
Bayern Munich appears to be the frontrunner in the hunt to recruit the Dutchman, who has appeared in 26 Eredivisie games for Ajax this season.
Barça was hoping to sell right-back Sergino Dest to the Bavarian giants. That now looks unlikely as Mazraoui also plays on the right side of the defense.
Mazraoui’s medical check went well and “all was cleared” with the defender.
The defender is expected to earn €8 million a year at Bayern, putting him on par with Benjamin Pavard and Niklas Süle, who will join Borussia Dortmund for free this summer.
Following Mazraoui will undoubtedly be another Ajax star, Ryan Gravenberch (19 years old), who also looks set to complete a move to Bayern in the coming weeks.
The midfielder is under contract with the Dutch giants until June 30, 2023. However, once the clubs agree on a deal, the 19-year-old should be confirmed as a new Bayern player too.
Ajax has stepped back from their initial demands of €30m for the midfielder and is moving closer to Bayern’s offer of €25m.
According to Bild, Bayern will spend at least €28 million on the player’s transfer. Gravenberch would be the club’s second most costly acquisition under the age of 20. The transfer should be announced soon.
Noussair Mazraoui has reached a milestone with the Lancers this season, scoring 5 goals and delivering 4 offers in 33 games.
Gravenberch, a Dutch professional footballer, and Mazraoui are unlikely to be the only players leaving Amsterdam this summer either.
Jurrien Timber, a dutch footballer is also garnering attention, with Ten Hag reportedly interested in bringing the young defender to Manchester United.
He has represented the Netherlands national team and the Eredivisie club Ajax.
